A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Business Analyst at MSD, you will partner with Sales, Operations, Product Safety, and Customer Service to establish or modify products and inventories to balance customer supply with working capital. In this role, you will report to the Special Projects Manager North America. This is an Onsite position located in Rock Hill, SC You Will Make an Impact By: Coordinate new product or part number establishment, including Product Introduction Document (PID) submission to Product Safety, establish price(s), inform Operations the supply strategy and safety stock needs as well as communicate demand forecast(s). Submit product relocation requests to Product Safety and attend recurring meetings on behalf of business to communicate needs and status. Coordinate product or part number deletion requests between Sales, Operations, and Product Safety. Set and execute harmonization of multiple pail, drum, and tote part numbers. Review and process Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Free of Charge (FOC) requests according to Regulation of Authority (ROA). Calculate quarterly rebates for applicable customers and reconcile with the customers and internal Accounting Department in accordance with SOX controls. Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.
